Event Introduction

The 2009 Wisconsin Youth Entrepreneurs Conference will be November 19 at the University of Wisconsin Whitewater. The Youth Entrepreneurs' Conference is the largest conference in Wisconsin dedicated to collegiate, emerging entrepreneurs, and entrepreneurial education. The conference will host seasoned entrepreneurs, collegiate entrepreneurs, and university faculty. Individuals from the college of business and economics, social sciences, arts and communication to letters and sciences will be in attendance.

Description

A collection of University of Wisconsin System students, professors, successful entrepreneurs, and policy makers are meeting Thursday, November 19, 2009 at the University of Wisconsin Whitewater to celebrate Global Entrepreneurship Week.

Whitewater – The Collegiate Entrepreneurs Organization and National Collegiate Inventors and Innovators Alliance will be hosting Wisconsin’s Youth Entrepreneurs Conference during Global Entrepreneurship Week on Thursday, November 19, 2009. The youth entrepreneurs’ conference be a Wisconsin-centered discussion on the best collegiate entrepreneurial practices in the state and collaboration between aspiring collegiate and emerging entrepreneurs. Featuring Scott Button of Venture Investors, Scott Gittrich owner of Toppers Pizza, James Schneider of Blue Chip Marketing, Scott Resnick and Jon Hardin of Hardin Design and Development, and Greg Meier of PhysioGenix and Lansare Corporation.
