Abbie Murphy – President

I’m a senior majoring in Entrepreneurship. I joined CEO over a year ago and couldn’t be more enthusiastic about what we have planned for this semester. Not only do we have great guest speakers lined up, but we also have our elevator pitch competition and the start of our business plan contest. We will participate in workshops, and work with AITP and SOWD to plan the and participate in the 2^nd Annual UWW Hackathon. Last but not least, we will be attending the CEO National Convention in Fort Forth, Texas. Anyone who has been to nationals in the past will tell you how amazing it is to attend the conference. There is nothing like being in a huge room full of like-minded entrepreneurs. I would love for you to join us this semester in any of these activities, and I hope you are as excited as I am for the semester ahead.

Robyn Finster – Chief Coordinating Officer

I’m a senior here at Whitewater from West Bend, WI and majoring in entrepreneurship. This will be my fourth semester in CEO, and I am extremely excited for all the new ventures and ideas to come this year.

I love listening and talking with others about different business plans and ideas. I have a passion for entrepreneurship and am planning to graduate next fall and go on to learn baking and pastry arts in hopes to one day open my own bakery/ ice cream Shoppe.

I am senior majoring in advertising with a minor in public relations and graphic design. I couldn’t be more excited for my third semester on the CEO board.

When I joined CEO over a year ago, I was inspired to do great things, and I hope that you too can be inspired by our organization.

We have a great community of entrepreneurs at UWW, and we are always bouncing ideas off each other. We would love for you to join us!

Steve Hopkins– Chief Technology Officer

I am a senior at Whitewater and I would like to have my own business in the future which is why I have decided to major in entrepreneurship. This is my Third semester in CEO and second semester on the board. I’m very excited to be a part of this organization and help usher in a new generation of entrepreneurs.

Outside of school I love to travel and learn about other countries and cultures. I have learned a lot from these experiences and it’s really given me a different way to see things. I hope to transfer this knowledge into my personal career goals.

Nick Kochelek-Chief Financial Officer

I am a Senior majoring in Finance and I’ve always had ideas about starting my own business but never knew where to start. I joined CEO a year ago and have loved it. I’ve learned so much from not only the speakers, but other members as well.

I’m looking forward to getting to know everyone better this semester and helping organize the different competitions. I’m excited for the activities we have planned!

I want to be my own boss someday and I love to cook. I’ve worked at Culver’s in Sauk City for the past four and a half years, and I recently was promoted to a manager position. Someday, I hope to own my own bakery or restaurant.

Brooke Larson-Assistant Competition Officer

I am a freshman here at Whitewater majoring in finance. I attended high school in the little town of Sauk Prairie, Wisconsin. Over the summer a friend told me about CEO and right away I knew I wanted to get involved in this organization.

This will be my first semester in CEO and I couldn’t be more excited to be involved in a group full of creative minded people like myself. I am looking forward to planning competitions and gaining more experience in the business world. After graduation I want to use my ideas and the knowledge I gained from CEO to open my own business.
