Positions
President
- Term shall consist of one semester
- Shall lead and supervise all executive board members
- Shall act as official spokesperson for CEO
- Shall supervise, train, and mentor Vice President
- Shall be direct correspondent for all advisors
- Shall facilitate personal reviews for each executive board member
- Shall be responsible for the chapter’s participation in the National Conference
- Shall be responsible for Vice President End of Semester Award
- Shall present all gifts and awards
- Shall facilitate executive board meetings including preparing agendas
- Shall facilitate peer executive board evaluations
- Shall supervise and assist with chapter programming
- Shall assist with developing next semester’s budget
- Shall write executive summary for the End of Semester and Annual Chapter Reports
- Shall assist with homecoming
Vice President
- Term shall consist of one semester then supersede current president
- Shall administer the duties of President in the absence of the President
- Shall assist the President
- Shall maintain campus recognition
- Shall maintain national recognition
- Shall be responsible for the chapter mailbox
- Shall be responsible for executive board End of Semester Awards
- Shall assist with chapter programming
- Shall assist with homecoming
Chief Financial Officer
- Term shall consist of one semester
- Shall maintain all chapter finances
- Shall collect all dues
- Shall maintain a weekly cash flow statement
- Shall keep chapter within predetermined budget
- Shall create a budget for the following semester
- Shall maintain a cumulative financial record
- Shall be responsible for taxes
- Shall assure nonprofit laws are being followed
- Shall assist President with fundraising for National Conference
- Shall create the finance report for the End of Semester and Annual Chapter Reports
- Shall assist with homecoming
Chief Human Resources Officer
- Term shall consist of one semester
- Shall be responsible for membership recruitment
- Shall maintain member point system
- Shall maintain member database
- Shall lead one monthly focus group
- Shall lead all monthly and semester awards
- Shall be responsible for member sign-in sheets
- Shall maintain chapter email account
- Shall scribe and email all executive board meeting minutes
- Shall maintain a record of all executive board meeting minutes
- Shall create membership report for the End of Semester and Annual Chapter Reports
- Shall assist with homecoming
- Shall be responsible for creating specialist positions/committees as needed
Chief Marketing Officer
- Term shall consist of one semester
- Shall be responsible for all marketing materials, including flyers, commercials, newsletters, etc
- Shall be responsible for all photography
- Shall be responsible for all videotaping
- Shall be responsible for all chapter merchandise and sales
- Shall be responsible for chapter business cards
- Shall create marketing report for End of Semester and Annual Chapter Reports
- Shall assist with homecoming
- Shall be responsible for creating specialist positions/committees as needed
Chief Coordinating Officer
- Term shall consist of one semester
- Shall proactively recruit incoming speakers
- Shall be the liaison for all incoming speakers
- Shall lead all speaker gifts and post thank-you cards
- Shall maintain all room reservations
- Shall survey chapter for programming ideas
- Shall organize Entrepreneurship Week
- Shall create the programming report for the End of Semester and Annual Chapter Reports
- Shall assist with homecoming
- Shall be responsible for creating specialist positions/committees as needed
Chief Public Relations Officer
- Term shall consist of one semester
- Shall be responsible for the “Let’s Talk Entrepreneurship” program
- Shall be responsible for the “Shadow an Entrepreneur” program
- Shall create press releases after each major event
- Shall assist with homecoming
- Shall be responsible for creating specialist positions/committees as needed
Chief Technology Officer
- Term shall consist of one semester
- Shall be responsible for maintaining chapter website
- Shall assist with all technical chapter needs
- Shall research and develop new website features
- Shall create website report for End of Semester and Annual Chapter Reports
- Shall assist with homecoming
Chief Business Relations Officer
- Term shall consist of one semester
- Shall oversee all external business ventures
- Shall assist with new business venture creation
- Shall assist in expanding current business(es)
- Shall assist with homecoming
- Shall be responsible for creating specialist positions/committees as needed
Chief Competition Officer
- Term shall consist of one semester
- Shall be responsible the competition specific to that semester
- Shall be spokesperson for all competition matters
- Shall maintain records for that semester’s competition
- Shall present all competition awards
- Shall supervise, train, and mentor Assistant Director of Competition
Assistant Competition Officer
- Term shall consist of one semester then supersede the current Director of Competition
- Shall administer the duties of Director of Competition in the absence of the Director
- Shall assist the current Director of Competition
- Shall organize the next semester’s competition
- Shall assist with homecoming
